Human being has been using the science of biotechnology for thousand years and now it has been used to improve the industrial, agricultural, medical and other products due to its important role and scientific improvements. Center of Biology of Iran will be the first one in the country and the countries around. It will be a unique scientific research center in the area. Abbas Abad lands – in Tehran – has been chosen for this purpose because of its strategical and secure situation. This center has been constructed by considering the balance between its site, function, form, structure and mechanical installation. The mechanical installation has been considered according to the laboratory models and will provide suitable flexibility due to ventilation and light. To guarantee it security and following the standards the main part of the building will be under the ground. It will consist of two parts: building and research farms.
